Includes all features from Tiers 1 and 2, plus personalized mentorship.

Affiliate Program2. Commission Structure
Tier 1: Affiliates receive 100% of resale revenue.
Tier 2: Affiliates earn commission on sales (subject to price adjustments during promotional events).
Tier 3: Affiliates earn 30% commission on individual sales. Commission rates may vary during promotional or seasonal discount periods.
3. Payout Terms
Affiliate payouts are processed on the 15th of the month following a sale.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details to ensure timely payouts.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates must use their unique affiliate links to promote BE MOGUL programs.
All affiliate sales must be tracked through the BE MOGUL platform. No manual tracking requests will be honored.
Affiliates are responsible for adhering to BE MOGUL’s branding guidelines when marketing the program.
5. Ethical Marketing Practices
Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in deceptive, unethical, or misleading marketing practices.
Failure to comply may result in termination of affiliate privileges and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Content Disclosure and Usage
All content, materials, and resources provided by BE MOGUL are proprietary and are protected under intellectual property laws.
Coaches and featured content involved in BE MOGUL programs cannot be sold, altered, given away, or replicated by any third party without explicit permission from BE MOGUL.
Violations of this policy may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
Refunds and Cancellations
BE MOGUL programs are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in individual agreements or promotions.
Participants in Tier 3 must commit to the full mentorship program and are not eligible for partial refunds.
Platform Access and Availability
Access to the BE MOGUL AI platform (bemogul.ai) is contingent upon active membership.
BE MOGUL reserves the right to modify or discontinue platform features without prior notice.
